Accelerated Education That Leads To Successful Careers
The SC ACCELERATE Program (Adult College Completion through E-Learning Resources and Academic Tracks to Employment) provides accelerated educational and career pathways for adult learners, preparing them for high-skill/high-demand occupations in South Carolina's expanding manufacturing sector. Academic tracks currently include welding and CNC (Computer Numerical Control). Not only will you receive solid education and training, but you'll also have access to specialized support in areas including skills training, career exploration, work readiness training, foundational skills and more. All this will help you earn your credentials more quickly and make you more competitive in the labor force!
The SC ACCELERATE program is geared towards helping unemployed, underemployed and dislocated adult workers to find a new position in a field that offers promising career opportunities.
