Health Education Advising Appointments

Please follow the procedures below when making advising appointments. If you have any questions, call the Health Education Division office at (864)646-1400. Academic advising for course registration is mandatory each semester for all students enrolled in degree, diploma, or certificate programs.

Advising Appointment Procedures For All Health Education Students
All Health Education advisors will be using Starfish to post office hours that will allow students to make appointments without assistance. Students are able to access Starfish through eTc or Blackboard.
Log into eTc Go to the "Get Connected" tab Click on Starfish -students are able to make appoints with assigned advisors and/or instructors **Students are encourage to view the "What is Starfish" video for further instructions on how to use Starfish.
If students need assistance or have questions please follow the below instructions per major

***Students that schedule appointments with an advisor and no show two times will not be allowed to make another appointment until meeting with the Division Dean to discuss the missed appointments. Appointment times are valuable and should be cancelled through Starfish by the student if appointments cannot be kept.
