Problem Description:
  1. The correct WebCT/Blackboard url is: http://tcrhwct6.tctc.edu. Is this at the beginning of the address that is showing in your address bar at the top of your browser?


 
  1. If that address is correct, can you view the page with the login button on it? It looks like this:

If you answered "No" stop and go here. Otherwise continue.
 
  1. Have you run the Browser Check link located on the right side of the login screen?

If you answered "No", please run the check now. It will tell you if your machine is set up correctly to run WebCT/Blackboard.
 
  1. If you can see the login page and have run the browser check but are still having trouble logging in to Blackboard/WebCT, please choose the symptom which most closely matches your problem:
