Welding StudentTake a look at the exciting and high paying career of Welding.  Students are trained in arc, MIG, dual-shielded flux-cored arc welding, and TIG welding, as well as, plasma, acetylene, and carbon arc cutting.  Graduates are proficient in welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in structural and pipe applications.

JOB OUTLOOK
Welding is ranked as one of the top ten fastest growing career fields in South Carolina by the US Department of Labor. Graduates are employed primarily in construction and metalworking fields. Career opportunities include: fabricator, welder, pipe welder, combination welder, production welder, and tack welder. Anticipated average salary information is located here.
