Admission Application

You can be admitted to TCTC with a few easy steps:

1.  Submit an online application for admission.  Applying online is fast and simple.  If you need a paper application, contact Admissions at 864-646-1550 or info@tctc.edu.

2.  Pay the $30 non-refundable application fee when you apply online or by using one of the following options:
  • By mail with check or money order - include your full name with payment to the following address:

Tri-County Technical College, Attn: Business Office
PO Box 587
Pendleton, SC 29670

  • By phone at 864-646-1802
  • By campus visit to the Business Office located in the Ruby Hicks Building on the Pendleton Campus. The application fee may also be paid at the Anderson or Easley Campus.

3.  Take the COMPASS placement test.  Find COMPASS information, including test locations and times, under Placement Testing. There is no charge for initial testing and scores are valid for 3 years.  If you have completed college-level courses in English and math or have previously taken COMPASS, placement testing may not be necessary. For additional information, contact the Assessment Center at 864-646-1300 or placement@tctc.edu.

Complete the admission requirements by the deadline for the semester you plan to enroll.  Mailed applications and payments must be received on or before the admission deadline date.

Admission to the College does not guarantee entry into all programs.  Find program requirements under Academics and Prepare for a Career or in the Catalog available under Quick Links.
