Paying for College

Paying for College

Timely payment of tuition will help ensure that students keep the classes for which they registered. If payment is not received by the deadline, student will be dropped from their classes. Student can re-register and then pay, but there is a likely chance some or all of the classes will no longer be available.

The Tuition rates are subject to change without notice.

Note: The tuition schedule below includes the following mandatory fees:

  • Technology Fee: $4 per credit hour.
  • Student Activity Fee: $2 per credit hour.

Refunds

"If a student is eligible to receive a refund after all tuition, fees, fines, and bookstore charges have been paid, a check will be mailed during the scheduled refund period each term. All refund and loan checks are mailed to the student. If the mailing address is not correct, then the student will not receive a check timely. Please verify student address information is correct on eTC under the "Get Set" tab. If incorrect, student must update on eTC under the "Get Set" tab, "View & update my info" channel. All address changes must be complete by the end of the Drop/Add period. Late changes to addresses could result in the delay of receiving the check."

Loans
"Loans are disbursed at different times in the semester. Check eTC account regularly to know when to expect a check from the business office. When the loan appears on student's eTC billing account, the student will know the loan funds have been received from the lender and a check will soon follow. Note: Loans are disbursed in 2 payments. You will receive half the loan (minus any lender fees) in each disbursement."
