Tri-County Technical College Foundation, Inc., is an independent, non profit organization incorporated in the state of South Carolina. Chartered in 1982, the Foundation exists to support the mission and purpose of Tri-County Technical College.

Rachel started taking dual-credit courses at Tri-County during her junior year. "It was a great opportunity to meet my high-school requirements and earn college credit at the same time."
