The Industrial and Business Development Center, located on the campus of Tri-County Technical College in Pendleton, is the hub of Corporate & Community Education opportunities for the three-county area. The Center provides a unique environment for learning and interaction among students, teachers, and the community. This facility of 22,500 square feet provides for multi-faceted program offerings and educational advancement.

The Industrial and Business Development Center offers a broad range of services to the community - seminars, workshops, long-term training, and laboratory-based training activities. Occupational training opportunities in areas such as industrial maintenance, health care, computer software, commercial truck driving, real estate, emergency medical technology, interior design, culinary arts, and pharmacy technology are held here daily.
