Tax Status

The operations of the Foundation are open to scrutiny, and the Foundation Board of Trustees is sensitive to public trust and confidence. Restrictions placed on donations by donors are adhered to by the Foundation in the administration of the contributions.

As a nonprofit organization, the Foundation is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the College Foundation by individuals, corporations, organizations, and foundations qualify as tax deductions.
