Do you need one-on-one help with your reference questions? We do have the instant messaging for those short questions you might have. But do you feel that you can't get the answer that way? Then schedule a personalized video reference chat session. For this service, we use the free service Skype. We ask that you have that program, a camera, and a microphone available.
