Corporate and Community Education offers a variety of classes and certificate programs that can benefit you in your pursuit of a career in the food industry or just simply improve your culinary skills for family and friends.

 SERVSAFE CERTIFICATION
We offer both a public class for employees as well as classes tailored for any company requiring the ServSafe Certification for employees and/or managers. CULINARY ARTS:  TEAM BUILDING CLASSES

Give your employees a break from their normal work day by placing them in a fun, energetic culinary experience that builds morale and develops teamwork.  Whether your employees are rookie cooks or considered gourmet chefs, their talents will shine in ways that might otherwise go unnoticed. Bringing employees together while enjoying cooking as a team building activity, you'll quickly see strengths surface that will become the foundation for further growth, for individuals as well as the team.  CULINARY ARTS CERTIFICATE

This QuickJobs program is a WIA-eligible training program.   

The certificate program is designed for individuals who would like to gain culinary skills needed to enter the food service industry. This program is also a great opportunity for individuals who want to become more comfortable and more proficient in the kitchen.

Upon completion of the following courses you will receive a Certificate in Culinary Arts indicating that you've completed  the requied number of hours in culinary arts training. The classes can be taken individually if prerequisites are met or with approval of department/instructor.
