Description: Job Responsibilities: The selected work study will provide primary support to the Anderson Campus Director, Operations Manager and Front Office Manager on an as-needed basis. Student will also provide limited front desk support and must be willing to dress appropriately. Front Desk coverage will entail varied duties such as being able to answer inquiries regarding general school knowledge as well as questions specific to Anderson Campus offerings. Primary job responsibility will be assisting with walk-ins, internet research, minimal support to faculty, setup/tear-down of rooms, routine maintenance/organization of the multipurpose room, administrative area storage rooms, faculty workroom and upkeep of the campus bulletin boards and brochure racks. Individual must possess the ability to work in an occasionally fast paced environment with little or no supervision during peak periods. Individual may be required to lift, move and/or carry up to 25 lbs. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned, as needed. Qualifications: Student should have a 2.5 GPA and be able to work in a multi-task environment. Prior experience in an office environment is a plus. Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of the internet. Other Skills/Abilities: The work study must have excellent written and strong interpersonal and oral communication skills as well as the ability to exercise or demonstrate a high level of discretion as it pertains to confidential student information. The work study must be able to complete tasks without routine supervision in a timely manner or by the scheduled deadline(s). General: The work study student will provide back-up to the front desk work study as needed serving as a greeter and receptionist.
