"When I started Tri-County, I was paying off loans and was unsure if I could afford college. Then I received an Abney scholarship. Words cannot express the happiness and relief I felt when I opened my mail to see the word, 'Congratulations!' Now I am pursuing early childhood development and forming a business plan to start my own center," said Jenae. "Thank you to the Abney Foundation and to Tri-County for giving to those who have a need - not only giving money but also sharing support and encouragement to move forward."
