AOP Showcase Volunteer Information

Booth Set-Up

Tuesday, October 20, 2026, noon-4 p.m.

Marketing will be at the Civic Center from noon-4 p.m. to set-up the booth for the event. Please plan to have someone from your team present to set up your table in our booth. Each Department will be provided with one table. 

 

Wednesday, October 21 & Thursday, October 22
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

*Please arrive by 8:15 a.m. to ensure someone from your team is present at the booth. 

Please complete the volunteer form by Friday, September 18. 









AOP Showcase Check-In Information

  • You will be required to check-in at the vendor entrance before entering the Civic Center. 
  • Please arrive by 8:15 a.m. to ensure someone is present at your table when the event starts. 
  • The hospitality suite (lunch) will require a wristband. PLEASE indicate on the form whether you plan on eating the lunch provided as this influences the headcount for TCTC food. 
  • Please wear you TCTC ID or name badge during the event. This helps the AOP volunteers to identify those present during the event to ensure everyone's safety. 
  • The vendor entrance will close at 9 a.m.. You will be required to enter and check-in at the FRONT entrance of the Civic Center after 9 a.m.. 

Parking Information

 

Please Park in Vendor Parking Lot C of the Civic Center and enter through the back entrance. **This entrance will close at 9 a.m. each day to ensure safety of the event. If you arrive after 9 a.m., you will need to enter through the front of the civic center. 

You will be required to sign in and will receive a wristband if you plan on eating the provided lunch. **Please do not take a wristband if you do not plan on eating lunch. We will provide the AOP team with a headcount for food prior to the event.
