Tiffany Blackwell

Dean, Enrollment Pathways 

Tiffany Blackwell has 15 years of experience in higher education, specifically in the areas of student recruitment, admissions and orientation.

In her current role at Tri-County, Blackwell oversees Recruitment, Admissions and Orientation, Bridge to Clemson, and High School Engagement and Outreach. She previously served as director of Recruitment, Admissions and Orientation. Prior to her roles at Tri-County, Blackwell served as both an admissions counselor and transfer coordinator at Anderson University.

Blackwell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications from Lander University and a Master of Human Resource Development degree from Clemson University.
