100 Women; 1 Vision

Together, We're Educating the Nurses Our Communities Need.

What began as a simple idea has become a movement. Women from across Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties are coming together to invest in the next generation of nurses through endowed scholarships at Tri-County Technical College. Together, we're helping students answer the call to care while strengthening healthcare across our communities for generations to come.

It Started with 1 Vision

In 2025, we asked a simple question: What if 100 women came together to invest in the future of nursing? The answer was extraordinary. More than 100 women stepped forward, raising over $100,000 to establish the 100 Women Nursing Scholarship Endowment. Because of their generosity, our first scholarship has already been awarded, and this investment will continue changing lives for years to come. As we begin our second year, our vision is even bigger—more women, more scholarships, and more nurses serving our communities.

Why Nursing?

Every family depends on nurses. They welcome new life, care for us through illness, and provide compassion during life's most difficult moments. South Carolina continues to face a growing nursing shortage, while many talented students face financial barriers to completing one of the most rigorous educational programs available. As Tri-County Technical College expands its nursing programs, scholarship support becomes even more critical. Every scholarship helps educate another nurse who will care for our communities for decades to come.

More Than a Scholarship

One day, every scholarship recipient will walk across the stage to receive their nursing pin—a symbol of years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. Through 100 Women, our donors are honored during a special pinning recognition, celebrating the role they have played in helping future nurses achieve that milestone. Together, these moments reflect the lasting impact of a community investing in the next generation of caregivers.

Be Part of Something Bigger

100 Women is more than an annual gift. It is a community of women investing in the future of nursing. Whether you're joining for the first time or renewing your commitment, your investment becomes part of a lasting legacy that will educate nurses and strengthen healthcare for generations.
