General Structural Problems

Insufficient insulation of water lines subject to freezing and bursting
Overall inadequate lighting with no natural light
Poor ventilation
Shortage of storage space throughout facility

Kennel Limitations Sampling

Concrete floors are cracking and flaking which harbors pathogens
Chain link fence and framing is heavily corroded in multiple locations
Current chain link style kennels are inadequate for ideal separation of large dogs and control of airborne disease
Lack of individual outside kennel access for the dogs
Inadequate food preparation space
Limited ventilation in all cat and dog rooms which greatly complicates illness management
Currently space allows for only four quarantined animals in a converted closet with limited ventilation
