Thank you for your appointment request submission.  You should receive an appointment confirmation via email within 24 to 48 hours.  Please make sure to establish your ATI account at ATItesting.com. You will need your ATI username and password once seated for your exam.

Please arrive at the Testing Center at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled test session for payment instructions.  Do not attempt to pay without first checking in at the Testing Center.  A picture ID is required for testing. Acceptable forms of identification include the following:

• a state-issued picture ID (a driver's license for example);
• a military ID; or
• a valid school ID (high school or college).
