Criminal Background Checks:
NOTICE: Healthcare programs may require a criminal background check. The results of criminal background reports (and drug screen test which may be required by some clinical agencies) may determine if a student is eligible to enter clinical rotation sites. A student must be able to complete program clinical requirements to progress within a program. These reports and tests will be done at the expense of the student. All findings must be satisfactory to the participating clinical site. Acceptance into a program does not guarantee placement into a clinical rotation.

Pre Check is the online background check company that is used by our college. It usually takes from 7 to 10 days for results to be completed and received by us. Health Status:
Documentation of health status is required. Details and forms will be provided to the student the first night of class into major program. For general information, documentation of the following will /may be required:
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination
TST or PPD (Tuberculosis Skin Test) (As recently as 6 months)
Hepatitis B (vaccination or decline)
Physical Ability to perform career related tasks
Drug Screen (for some agencies)
