Student Information Updates

Students can update their name, date of birth, or Social Security number by completing the Biographical Update Form located on MyTCTC (my.tctc.edu).

Currently enrolled students and alumni with a MyTCTC email account may update their permanent and/or mailing address and telephone number via their MyTCTC account by selecting the My Personal Information link under the Student Profile tile and selecting the edit icon or the Add New link.

Alumni without a MyTCTC email account will need to update their permanent and/or mailing address and telephone number by completing a Downloadable (PDF) Form: Change Request Form: Student Address or Phone and returning it to TC Central located on the first floor of Ruby Hicks (Pendleton Campus) or by mailing the completed form to the Registrar's Office, PO Box 587, Pendleton SC 29670.

Currently enrolled students or alumni wishing to update a permanent address that changes their residency to “In County” from outside Anderson, Oconee, or Pickens counties will need to complete the In-County Residency Petition form located on MyTCTC under the Student Forms tile.
