The College has two University Transfer degree programs, Associate in Arts and Associate in Science, that are designed to transfer to senior colleges and universities. For maximum transfer credit, we urge you to work closely with your academic advisor to review the requirements for your anticipated major at the college to which you plan to transfer.
Other associate degree programs at Tri-County are designed to be career programs. These programs prepare graduates to enter employment in their chosen fields, following graduation. However, numbers of courses in the career programs DO transfer to specific four-year colleges and universities. In fact, there are several transfer agreements in place that are designed especially for graduates of career programs. Bridge & Transfer Program information can be found here.
In addition to the well-known Bridge to Clemson Program, Tri-County Technical College has bridge and transfer agreements with other postsecondary institutions. Each program is unique, but in all cases, students who meet specified criteria may transfer to the 4-year institution after completion of their freshman year at Tri-County.
