The World Class Training Center offers a variety of courses that help to develop leadership
skills and abilities.

  • Leadership Development for Business and Industry Professionals
    Leadership is vital for building effective business relationships and enhancing
    productivity.  These stand-alone courses include customer service, diversity,
    interpersonal skills, and facilitating.
  • Genuine Leadership--A Supervisor Certificate Program
    This supervisor certificate program explores foundational skills for interpersonal
    effectiveness.  It is designed for current supervisors and newly appointed supervisors
    as well.
  • Business Writing Certification
    Effective business writing is an essential factor in promoting communication and
    performance excellence.
  • Industry Appreciation Week
    Administrative Professionals are vital to any organization’s efficiency and productivity.
  • Other Courses
    Other courses promoting leadership development include Franklin Covey, Work Skills,
    Strategies for Success, Team Effectiveness, Team Leadership, and Dealing with Change.

Work Skills: Steps to Your Success
Work Skills gives individuals the necessary skills for taking responsibility for understanding
