Learn different types of touch and massage routines you can do at home to create your own family wellness program, or maybe even inspire you to enter a new and exciting career! Please bring a thick mat and 3 or more pillows to class, plus whatever you need for additional comfort for floor work. Classes include pairing for practical learning. These courses are designed to introduce you to therapeutic massage therapy techniques. They do not lead to licensing as a massage therapist.
