Quality Improvement methodology encompassing all aspects of business, associated with the delivery of consistent world-class quality. The $1895 fee includes 100 hours of training and materials. Start at any time and work at your own pace. An instructor is assigned for one-on-one assistance. Course work is evaluated and 70% completion is required for certificate. Certificate will be awarded by Tri-County Technical College upon completion of all requirements.
