• download as many copies of the Transcript Request Form as you need
• complete the form(s) for each school
• mail or fax [(864) 646-1890] your forms to Tri-County and we'll mail them to your schools for you, OR
• mail or fax your forms directly to each school/college yourself

NOTE: Some high school and most colleges charge fees to send transcripts. You are responsible for paying those costs! (If we mail the forms for you, your high school and/or college[s] may bill you for the costs of the transcripts.)
