| Where Can I Get a Copy of My TCTC Transcript? To obtain an official or unofficial copy of your Tri-County transcript, please read carefully the instructions on the Transcript Request Form (PDF). If you need a copy of your Continuing Education (non credit) transcript showing Continuing Education Units (CEUs), call the Continuing Education Division Office at 646-1700 or (toll-free within the 864 area code) 1-866-269-5677, ext. 1700. Effective May 1, 2004, there is a $5.00 fee for obtaining a transcript from the Continuing Education Division Office. How Can I Contact My Instructor? If your instructor is not listed, please contact your department head or division secretary. What are the Hours for the Bookstore (or Other Campus Offices)? Standard hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Many offices keep extended hours in the evenings (M-Th), and some offices, such as the Assessment Center, are open most Saturdays.
