| Brandon Bagwell Receives Carol S. Garrison Endowed Scholarship PENDLETON - Brandon Alan Bagwell, of Piedmont, is the recipient of the Carol S. Garrison Endowed Scholarship at Tri-County Technical College. The scholarship was endowed by Richard McClellion in the name of Mrs. Garrison, the wife of Tri-County President Don Garrison. The 1998 Wren High School graduate is enrolled in the University Transfer curriculum at Tri-County and plans to transfer to a four-year university to study law. At Wren, he was a member of the Beta Club and the Honor Roll. He is the son of Mike and Cathy Bagwell of Piedmont. This perpetually endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a graduate of Wren High School who chooses the University Transfer curriculum at Tri-County. Selection is based on academic record and need. |
