Annual Golf Tournament Set for September 18

PENDLETON --- Tri-County Technical College's 13th Annual Alumni Association Golf Tournament is set for Saturday, September 18, at Boscobel Golf and Country Club in Pendleton. A 1999 Buick Century will be awarded for the first hole-in-one on Hole 14. This prize is courtesy of Arnett Buick-Pontiac-GMC, Inc. in Anderson.

Tee-off time for the Captain's Choice tournament is 8 a.m. A $50 per person entry fee is required. This includes cart, greens fees, breakfast, lunch and beverages. Trophies will be awarded to the winners. You do not have to be an alumnus to participate.

Alumni officers are urging persons and companies to sponsor holes at $100 each and/or carts at $25 each. The Alumni Association voted unanimously on May 10 to pledge $15,000 to the College's Foundation to name an Arts and Sciences classroom in the Health Science Building. This tournament's proceeds will contribute to that fund.
