Ten Veterinary Technology Students
Receive Pins During Annual Ceremony

PENDLETON --- Tri-County Technical College's Veterinary Technology students received pins during a traditional ceremony preceding graduation.

Dr. Roseann Marshall, Veterinary Technology department head, Christee Williams and Billie Walker, instructors, presented pins to the following students:

FROM ANDERSON: Jennifer Lynn Bake and Melissa Yvonne Pitts.

FROM BELTON: Kristie Rae Worth.

FROM CENTRAL: Jan-Michael Hardwick and Jill Nicole Schlechte.

FROM CLEMSON: Jennifer Horton Williams.

FROM EASLEY: Elizabeth Ann Brown.

FROM TOWNVILLE: Cynthia Denise Gilliam.

FROM CAMDEN: Emily Shannon Cantey.

FROM FOUNTAIN INN: Jacqueline Peden Garrett-Styles.

Also, three students were honored for their winning essays in writing contests sponsored by two major companies. Jennifer Williams won the Hills Dietary Management Award and received a plaque and $200 for her essay. Jennifer Bake and Jill Schlechte each received Iams Paw Print Awards and were awarded plaques and $250 stipends for their essays.
