Nature Photography Workshop to be held September 11

PENDLETON --- Renowned nature photographer Bill Robertson and professional photographers Butch Merritt and Clark Webb will lead a one-day photography expedition to breathtaking Dupont State Park between Hendersonville and Brevard, North Carolina.

The workshop is $79 per person and will be held on Sunday, September 11 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

“The best-kept secret of taking great nature photographs is to be in the right place at the right time, says Sandra Strickland, program coordinator. “Our instructors’ expertise will lead participants to the right places where they’ll share their photographic skills to help participants create truly memorable photos.”

According to Strickland, the class size will be limited, allowing instructors to focus on each student’s needs. Also, instructors will be photographing during the workshop, to allow students the chance to see what equipment works best for a given situation and for demonstrations
