World-Renowned Floral Designer Phil Rulloda To Present Three-Day Seminar at Tri-County

PENDLETON-- World-renowned floral designer Phil Rulloda is coming to the Upstate in August to present a three-day advanced floral design class at Tri-County Technical College.
Beginners, as well as those who have made floral design a lifelong career, can benefit from this seminar set for August 21 - 23. This intensive, hands-on class will cover contemporary and geometric design; European styles and techniques; tropicals; exotics; armature designs and foliage and braiding techniques.
Each session will be held from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Industrial and Business Development Center. The cost is $395 (includes materials).

Rulloda is one of America's leading floral designers, educators and commentators and has appeared all over the world as a featured speaker and designer for the industry's events. In 1991 he was presented the first-ever American Institute of Floral Design (AIFD) Award of Design Influence, which was created to recognize floral designers who have made a significant impact on the art of floral design in America. He holds eight first-place wins in national and international competitions, a mark unequaled by his peers.
He owns the Phil Rulloda School of Floral Design in Arizona and the Southern California School of Floral Design and Avante Gardens floral unique in Anaheim, California. He is the author of Tropical and Contemporary Floral Design.
