Tri-County Expands Real Estate Class Offerings

PENDLETON --- Tri-County Technical College is expanding its real estate class offerings through a partnership with Fortune Academy of Real Estate.

These additions will provide the Upstate with pre-licensing and continuing education courses for Real Estate, Property Management and Residential Appraisal.

"This new partnership will give students increased opportunities for new careers and career advancement while providing flexibility in course schedules," said Tom Steele, program director for the College's Licensing and Recertification classes through the Continuing Education Division. He added that Terri Anderson, broker and owner of Terri's Team, and Ala Chappelear, licensed real estate agent, both owners of Fortune Academy in Anderson, will serve as instructors.

Classes are scheduled to begin August 5 with the option for day or evening meetings. To enroll or to obtain a schedule of classes, contact Tri-County Technical College at 864-646-1700 or log onto the College's website at www.tctc.edu, open "Continuing Education" and open the "Licensing and Re-Certification link.
