Standard Hours of Operation and Hours for Selected Offices
Standard hours of operation for the College are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Many offices keep extended hours in the evenings, and some offices, such as the Assessment Center, are open on some Saturdays. Contact the individual office for specific hours of operation. (Exceptions may occur; special hours are often in effect during Christmas holidays and are noted on the home page of the web site. Call offices to verify hours if necessary.)

Admissions Office
8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. The Admissions Office is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed; the office may close at 5:00 p.m. on evenings when curriculum classes are not being held.

Assessment Center
The placement test (COMPASS) is administered at the Assessment Center. The Assessment Center is open Monday–Thursday (8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.) and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., when the College is in session. (The Assessment Center is not open during holidays periods when the College is closed; the Center hours may vary on days when there are no curriculum classes being taught.) Contact the Assessment Center at ext. 1396 or 1397.

NOTE: A valid driver license and a valid student ID is required to take the placement test.

Curriculum students should be in the Assessment Center no later than 4:00 p.m. in order to complete a test.

Bookstore
8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday; 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday; and 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Contact the Bookstore at ext. 1824. The Bookstore has extended hours each semester during the week before classes begin and during the first week of classes. The Bookstore closes at 5:00 p.m. on days when no curriculum classes are being taught on campus, or at 1:30 if classes are not being held on a Friday. It is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed.

Business Office
Pendleton Campus
8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Friday, as well as on days when curriculum courses are not being taught. Contact the Business Office at ext. 1802. The Business Office is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed.

Anderson Campus
8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, (closed 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. M-R) and 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, as well as on days when curriculum courses are not being taught. Contact the Anderson Campus Cashier Office at 260-6701. The Cashier Office is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed.

Open Computer Labs
PK140 is open daily 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. Contact the computer lab assistant at ext. 1679. HS301 is open daily 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. Contact the computer lab assistant at ext. 1520 The Open Computer Labs are not open during holiday periods when the College is closed. During times when no curriculum classes are being taught, such as during semester break and between semesters, the Open Computer Labs will be closed unless prior arrangements are made with the Technical Support Services Manager. Contact the Helpdesk at ext. 1779. The Help Desk may be contacted via e-mail at: Helpdesk@tctc.edu

Counseling Center
8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. The Counseling Center is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed. Contact the Counseling Center at ext. 1569.

Financial Aid
8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. The Financial Aid Office is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed; the office may close at 5:00 p.m. on evenings when curriculum classes are not being held. Contact Financial Aid at ext. 1650.

Helpdesk (Technical Services)
The Helpdesk is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed. During times when no curriculum classes are being taught, such as during semester break and between semesters. Contact the Helpdesk at ext. 1779. The Help Desk may be contacted via e-mail at: Helpdesk@tctc.edu

Library
7:45 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:45 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, and 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. (The Library is not open during holiday periods when the College is closed. During times when no curriculum classes are being taught, such as during semester break and between semesters, the Library closes at 4:30 p.m. and is not open on Saturdays.)Contact the Library at ext. 1750. Student Records Office
