The Oconee Campus exists to provide the programs and services of Tri-County Technical College to the Oconee County communities. The campus serves as the local community college, delivering innovative educational programs and relevant training opportunities for Oconee residents, businesses and industries.

Located inside the Oconee Industry and Technology Park (OITP) on Highway 11 in Westminster, the campus is central to Seneca, Walhalla, and Westminster, providing convenient access for all. Open since 2018, the 37,000 square foot facility boasts classrooms, labs, a Learning Commons and collaborations spaces, offering a variety of student services and programs to meet the unique needs of each individual – all easily accessible through public transportation (CATbus) and ample on-site parking.

A unique feature of the Oconee Campus is the co-location and strong partnership with existing industry and the Hamilton Career & Technology Center (HCTC), which services the School District of Oconee County. HCTC is located adjacent to the Oconee Campus and offers numerous programs that transition seamlessly into degree programs at TCTC – several of which have clearly defined Technical Career Pathways and even special scholarship funding. The OITP is a true hub for technical education, work-based learning and economic development in Oconee County.
