The College has a variety of tools and services available to assist you in communicating with internal and external audiences.

Announcements: The College uses a web-based tool called Regroup to send College announcements via email to students and/or employees. You may request an announcement using the Announcement and Calendar Posting Request Form.  All announcements must be official College business.

College Activities Calendar: This calendar is displayed on the public website and eTC Message Center tab. You may request a calendar addition using the same form referenced above in Announcements.

Website Services:  The College has two primary web presences described below. Please refer to the Webpage Request Guidelines to request website services for both eTC and the public website. 

  • MyTCTC Portal ( MyTCTC is the primary source of all official college communications and resources for faculty, staff, and students.
  • Public website ( The public website is targeted to prospective students and the general public.
