Nothing is ever perfect, and MyTCTC is no exception. We want to be very open that MyTCTC is still in development. We have worked to configure MyTCTC to be functional and meet user needs. We believe that you will be able to complete your work through MyTCTC. If something isn’t working or you have suggestions for improvements, please let us know through the feedback tools described below.
Currently we’re aware of the following items and are working to resolve:
Single sign-on (SS0) refers to the ability to access multiple systems from a gateway product, usually requiring users to log in once. Launching MyTCTC is the first step in providing a broader SSO process for College digital resources. However, some systems will still require users to enter credentials a second time. As the College continues to refine the SSO process over the near future, you will see multiple sign-on requirements disappear.
As the College transitions to MyTCTC, eTC will continue to be accessible in parallel to MyTCTC until the end of the Spring 2021 semester. This will ensure that employees do not lose functionality as MyTCTC continues to develop. We encourage you to try your task in MyTCTC first. If you can’t complete it, you can use eTC. Just make sure to provide feedback if something was missing from MyTCTC.
You can submit real-time feedback and errors directly in MyTCTC through the built-in feedback tools in the different platforms:
