Tiffany Blackwell Director, Recruitment, Admissions & Orientation – Tiffany Blackwell has 15 years of experience in higher education, specifically in the areas of student recruitment, admissions and orientation.

Jacquelyn Blakley, Ph.D. Dean, Business and Public Services Division – Dr. Jacquelyn “Jackie” Blakley has 23 years of experience in higher education and six years of experience in operations management, purchasing, and accounting at Sealed Air Corporation. She also possesses expertise in leadership, strategic planning, search committees and fiscal management.

M. Ahmad Chaudhry, Ph.D. Dean, Health Education Division – Dr. Ahmad Chaudhry has more than 18 years of experience in higher education programs focused on health education. His areas of expertise include health sciences, cancer biology and environmental health.

Dean, Corporate and Community Education Division – Dr. Richard “Rick” Cothran has 13 years of experience in higher education and a combined 24 years of experience in manufacturing, marketing and sales, change management, statistical process control, lean manufacturing and data analytics.

D. Galen DeHay, Ph.D. President – Dr. Galen DeHay is president of Tri-County Technical College. He is the fourth president to lead the college, which boasts the highest student success, graduation and transfer rates among two-year colleges in the state and ranks in the top 1% nationally for successful student transfers to four-year colleges and universities.

Amanda Elmore, Ed.D. Assistant Vice President, Curriculum and Instruction – Dr. Amanda “Mandy” Elmore has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and in both secondary and post-secondary education. A chemical engineer by trade, her areas of expertise include manufacturing, automation, Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, Lean Six Sigma, Robotic Process Automation, data analytics and experiential learning.

Ghiloni Dean, Enrollment Services – Adam Ghiloni has 12 years of experience in all aspects of financial aid, enrollment management, federal and South Carolina student aid, higher education public policy, higher education funding models, equity funding options, data analysis, and student access, success and attainment.

Melanie Gillespie Director, Financial Aid – Melanie Gillespie has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, specifically in student financial services. Her areas of expertise include financial aid, regulatory compliance and financial literacy.
