Amber Mulkey

Director of the Oconee Campus

Amber Mulkey has 15 years of experience in higher education.

In her current role at Tri-County, Mulkey is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Oconee Campus which offers general education courses for new, continuing, and dual enrollment students. The campus also offers programs and events that serve local industry and our community.

She also develops internal and external partnerships and connections that support student outcomes and increase the College’s visibility and presence in the community.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Lander University and a master’s degree in education from Clemson University.
