Ellen Pate

Director of Career and Employability Resources

Ellen Pate has more than 20 years of experience leading student support and career services departments across public and private two- and four-year colleges and universities.

In her current role at Tri-County, Pate brings collaborative leadership expertise to the CER team and with colleagues across the College. She is skilled in counseling and teaching diverse student populations in the areas of personal and career development.

Pate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling and Community Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University.
