Jacquelyn Blakley, Ph.D.

Dean, Business and Public Services Division

Dr. Jacquelyn “Jackie” Blakley has 23 years of experience in higher education and six years of experience in operations management, purchasing, and accounting at Sealed Air Corporation. She also possesses expertise in leadership, strategic planning, search committees and fiscal management. 

In her current role at Tri-County, Dr. Blakley is responsible for overseeing the Business and Public Services Division, which offers a variety of associate degree programs, certificates and diplomas in a number of career fields ranging from business administration and accounting to criminal justice, computer and information technology, and early care and education. 

Dr. Blakley has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration degree from Clemson University. She holds a doctorate degree in educational leadership from Clemson University.
