Melanie Gillespie

Dean, Enrollment Operations

Melanie Gillespie has more than 25 years of experience in higher education, specifically in student financial services. Her areas of expertise include financial aid, regulatory compliance and financial literacy.

In her current role at Tri-County, Gillespie oversees the units responsible for supporting the College’s enrollment operations, which include TC Central; Financial Aid; the Testing Center; and TriView, the College’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. Prior to this role, Gillespie served as Tri-County’s director of Financial Aid for nearly five years. Before Tri-County, she worked in a variety of financial aid roles at Southern Wesleyan University.

Gillespie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and management and a Master of Arts degree in management and leadership from Southern Wesleyan University.
