Tiffany Blackwell

Director, Recruitment, Admissions & Orientation

Tiffany Blackwell has 15 years of experience in higher education, specifically in the areas of student recruitment, admissions and orientation.

In her current role at Tri-County, Blackwell directs all recruitment, admissions and orientation activities for the College, which enrolls approximately 3,200 credit students and 9,000 non-credit students annually. She oversees recruitment of students, admissions applications, campus visits and events, community and K-12 relations, and recruitment and admissions communications. In collaboration with the College’s deans, department chairs and faculty, she establishes and maintains admissions standards and criteria for recruitment initiatives. She also is the final authority on admission decisions, including appeals and fee waivers. Prior to her role at Tri-County, Blackwell served as both an admissions counselor and transfer coordinator at Anderson University.

Blackwell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications from Lander University and a Master of Human Resource Development degree from Clemson University.
