Tri-County Technical College uses the Regroup Mass Notification® system to notify students and employees of inclement weather and other emergencies that may require the cancellation of classes and/or campus closures. Notifications are sent via email, text and voicemail.

 

Students and employees are automatically registered in the Regroup system upon admission, registration and/or employment. However, the College encourages students and employees to review and confirm the accuracy of their contact information in the Regroup system on an annual basis.

 

To access Regroup, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://tctc.regroup.com/signup and log-in to Regroup using your TCTC credentials.
  2. Once logged in, click on the circle icon in the top right corner of your screen and select “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.
  3. Update your contact information as needed and click “Save.”
  4. Next, click on “Notifications” on the left side of your screen.
  5. Make sure all of the notification options are set to “On.” If they are not set to “On,” click the down arrow under each heading, select “On,” and then click Save.
