Thank you for your appointment request. Appointment slots are reserved on a first come first serve basis. You will be scheduled for your requested time if space is available. If the time slots are full, the Testing Center will contact you via email or phone. Prior to arrival, be sure to create a user account at Certiport.com and make a note of your username and password. You will need your username and password once seated for your exam. We provide lockers to secure all personal and electronic items but prefer you leave them in your vehicle if possible.

A picture ID is required for testing. Acceptable forms of identification include (but not limited to) the following:
• a state-issued picture ID (a driver's license for example);
• a military ID; or
• a valid school ID (high school or college).
