Student Information Updates

To update your name, date of birth, or social security number please complete the Biographical Update.

Currently enrolled students or alumni with a College MyTCTC account may make changes to your permanent and/or mailing address and telephone number via your MyTCTC account. To make these changes, select the Student Profile tile, then My Personal Information link, and then select the Edit icon or the Add New link under Address.

Alumni without a MyTCTC email account will need to update your permanent and/or mailing address and telephone number by completing a Change Request Form: Student Address or Phone and returning it to TC Central , First Floor, Ruby Hicks (Pendleton Campus) or mailing it to the Registrar's Office/Student Data Center, PO Box 587, Pendleton SC 29670.

Currently enrolled students or alumni wishing to update a permanent address that changes your residency to “In County” from outside Anderson, Oconee, or Pickens counties will need to complete the In-County Residency Petition, in which you will attach supporting documentation.
