PARKING REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE
The primary use of the limited space at TCTC is to provide regular parking for students, faculty, staff, and visitors as needed. Departments may request reserved parking for visitors to campus participating in classes, meetings, and events in connection to a specific TCTC business purpose.
Requests should be made no later than noon one business day prior. Earlier requests, up to one month in advance, are greatly appreciated, and also more likely to be approved as requests meeting eligibility criteria are accommodated by time of submission up to available capacity. Same-day emergency requests must be made by calling the Campus Police at 864-646-1800. Please be aware that last minute request may not be approved if spaces are not available. Should space be available, it will be assigned in Parking Lot A, located at the corner of Perimeter Rd. and Woodburn Ave.
Reservations of 20 spaces or more:
These requests must be made at least 3 business days in advance to arrange for shuttle services. Requests of 20 parking spaces or more will be reserved at 915 S. Mechanic Street parking lot. Shuttle service will be provided by Eastside Transportation Services. The department making these requests will be billed for this service at the rate provided by ETS. Campus Police will coordinate making the reservations for shuttle service, however, PRIOR to the day of the event, the department requesting shuttle services must submit a requisition to the Purchasing Department so that a PO is set up to charge the correct department’s budget. For questions, you may email or call Campus Police.
Requests submitted prior to 2 p.m. on business days will be responded to by the end of that day; requests submitted after 2 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will be responded to by noon of the next business day. Please be considerate and notify Campus Police of cancellations of granted requests by emailing campuspolice@tctc.edu no later than 2:00 p.m. one business day prior.
