TCTC IT acknowledges the constantly evolving technical elements of instruction as we prepare for the upcoming fall semester. In response to TCTC Faculty input, along with best practice research, the following equipment and software options are being made available. The items listed are in various stages of procurement, so status of current availability is denoted by green or blue text. Please note there are items that do or not require departmental approval.
Green = item is in stock and onsite; ready to be deployed.
Blue = item has been approved and purchased, but is still in fulfillment and/or shipping stages. These items are currently able to be requested and communication will be sent to the requestor outlining an expected deployment date.

How does a student request technology equipment or software?
A student who does not have internet access, stable internet access, or a device to connect to the internet from home should contact the Wellness Programs office to obtain assistance identifying and accessing resources. Students will start this process by filling out the Covid-19 Student Issues and Help Form: https://cm.maxient.com/reportingform.php?TriCountyTC&layout_id=7 and a Wellness Program team member will follow-up with the student.
