Commencement Ceremony for Spring 2021
Tri-County Technical College’s Spring 2021 commencement ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at Littlejohn Coliseum, Clemson University.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Tri-County will host three commencement ceremonies:

All candidates are requested to be at the Coliseum one hour prior to the beginning of the ceremony.
Please be advised that the commencement ceremony will be a ticketed event. Due to COVID-19, attendance is limited. Each graduate is permitted to bring up to four guests. Please note that extra guests will not be allowed to enter. Tickets are required and will be available when you pick up your regalia beginning Monday, April 19, at the Tri-County textbook warehouse (lower level of the Student Success Center) on the Pendleton Campus. Pick up hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., and Fridays, 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

All information regarding a specific graduation can be accessed below in the Commencement Details section. Periodically, emails concerning information relating to a student's graduation status and/or application are sent to the student's MyTCTC email. For those students participating in graduation, instructions are typically mailed a month in advance of commencement. The instructions may also be found in the Commencement Details section below.
Applications will not be accepted after the graduation application deadlines as indicated in the Commencement Details section below. The application requires approval and signatures from several offices prior to be submitted to the Registrar's Office/Student Data Center for review; please plan accordingly.
Applications Submitted After the Deadline
Graduation Applications submitted to the advisor and/or department head after the graduation application deadline date will automatically be moved to the next graduation commencement. An email will be sent to the students MyTCTC email account in this case.
Applications Submitted to Advisor Incomplete
Graduation Applications submitted to the advisor and/or department head that is incomplete will automatically be moved to the next graduation commencement. An email will be sent to the students MyTCTC email account in this case.
The College holds commencement at the end of the spring semester and at the end of the summer term.
While Tri-County does not have a fall commencement, graduates who complete their requirements in December may participate in the spring commencement.
Only those graduates participating in the commencement ceremony will receive academic regalia. Upon receipt of the regalia at Tri-County, a postcard, along with an MyTCTC email, will be sent to all participants informing them of the date and location of where the regalia may be picked up. Graduates must present a picture ID in order to pick-up regalia.
Satisfaction of all fees and financial obligations owed to the institution is required for graduation. Letters from the Business Office will be sent to graduation candidates who owe a financial obligation to the College.
To ensure that you receive all graduation correspondence from Tri-County Technical College it is imperative that you have an active mailing address. To verify and/or correct your address, log into your MyTCTC account, select Student Profile, then select Personal Information.
If your address is correct, there is nothing that will need to be completed. However, if your address is incorrect or if there is no active address on file, you will need to select the Edit icon or the Add New link to edit or add an active address. Address changes can also be performed at TC Central located on the Pendleton Campus (Ruby Hicks, First Floor) or at the front desk of Anderson/Easley/Oconee campus.
To ensure that your name is correct in the commencement program and on your credential it is imperative that you check your MyTCTC account or obtain a copy of your student schedule to see how your name is listed on our student information system. If there are any changes concerning your name, it is your responsibility to submit the appropriate documentation to TC Central located on the Pendleton Campus (Ruby Hicks, First Floor) or at the front desk of Anderson/Easley/Oconee campus.
The commencement program and your credential reflect the name that is listed on our student information system.

Check your MyTCTC email account periodically for emails concerning additional information that may be needed or issues concerning your graduation status/application.
