Supervisor Certification

This course is designed to introduce the new supervisor to necessary skills for their new job as well as hone the skills of the experienced supervisor. The course will consist of lecture, discussion, networking and case studies.  Topics covered include: managerial functions, communication, motivation, problem solving, discipline, planning, teamwork, diversity, conflict management, and more.
