Financial Responsibility Agreement

Beginning with 2023 Summer registration, Tri-County requires that all students electronically sign (e-sign) a Financial Responsibility Agreement. Colleges and universities increasingly use such agreements to make sure students understand their financial obligation to the institution. This document is an agreement between you and TCTC indicating your understanding that you are responsible to pay all charges associated with your attendance and the consequences for not paying them in a timely fashion.
